About Us

The Southern Tier Building Trades Benefit Plan (the "Plan") is a multi employer multi union Plan that is
maintained pursuant to collective bargaining agreements between various unions and the Southern Tier
Builders Association (the "Association").

The Plan has been in effect since 1956.

Laborer's Local #621, Sheet Metal Worker's Local #112, Teamster's Local #264, and Teamster's Local #449.

TRUSTEES

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Plan is administered by a joint Board of Trustees consisting of union-designated and employer designated trustees.

PLAN

FUND ADMINISTRATOR

The Fund Administrator reports directly to the Board of Trustees,
manages the Plan Office, and oversees the day-to-day activities of the Plan.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for establishing benefits, adopting rules and
regulations, and overseeing the operations of the Plan, with the assistance of the Fund Administrator and numerous plan professionals.
